A separate association, run by a volunteer board of nine directors elected to three-year terms, which lists deed restrictions and architectural control among its resources.
The South Woodland Hills community room on Shadow Rock Drive is also where the Kingwood Service Association board has met. That umbrella body handles shared services, not roof approvals; those stay with the village.

Hunters Ridge Village lies to the east along Northpark Drive. If you are near the edge and unsure which village you are in, the association on your dues statement settles it.
